Google Analytics is a free service from Google that we can use to monitor our blog, traffic and all activities from our visitors and it's shows in statistic data (number and ghraphic). The informations is very useful to improve our blog, that why I integrated my blog with Google Analytics with no charge.
Google Analytics help me to knowing what keywords that send visitors to my blog, what article that most of my visitors reads and contents that bring most visitors.

Benefits using Google Analytics:

1. Great Analysis. Google Analytics have all features more that you can imagine from an analytics tool. Google Analytics give you data to help you manage and improve your blog. And, all that data available on PDF or Exel or sent to you via email.
2. Easy to use it. It's easy to use Google Analytics, even an internet beginner, it's provide maximum result that we can expect.
3. We can use it to measure several sites size.Google Analytics run on the same server with Google. From the site/blog with high traffic to site/blog with low traffic, Google Analytics provide consistent services.
4. Integrated With AdWords. If you have an AdWords account, you can use Google Analytics right from your Google Adwords interface.
Integrated With Adsense. If you have an Adsense account you can track your Adsense activities from Google Analytics. Google Analytics provide you what traffic source, contents or keywords that give you adsense clicks.

2. Click "images"

3. Fill in "bikes, flowers, cars" or any other word.

4. You will get a page with a lot of images thumbnailed.

5. Now delete the URL on the address bar

We already knew that working for Google had certain advantages, but, believe me, this giant of the search motor takes the welfare of its employees seriously .. as shown by this decompression (stress) capsule that is impermeable to sound and light ...

Moving around: A slide allows quick access from different floors ... There are also poles available .. they are similar to the ones used in fire stations.

Employees can eat all they want from a vast choice of food and drink.

Each employee has at least two large screens. There are 4-6 'Zooglers' per office..

Large boards are available just about everywhere because 'ideas don't always come when seated in the office' says one of Googles managers.

On each floor, there are private cabin areas where employees can attend to personal affairs.

Pool tables, video games etc. are available in many areas.

Here’s an easy way to do that.This can be done using the chat client Pidgin. Pidginallows you to chat across multiple networks simultaneously. It means that you can chat with your MSN, GTalk, Yahoo and other online buddies all at the same time from one single IM client.

Just follow the simple steps :

Step 1 : Download & Install Pidgin.

Step 2 : Configure Pidgin for Google Talk using the following steps :

a) Add Gtalk account to Pidgin, Go to Accounts > Manage > Add, this will bring a new window Add Accounts ;

b) Enter you gmail account details as shown in the following image, Keep Protocol as XMPP ,Domain as gmail.com and Resource as HOME,

c) Now click on Advance Tab in the same window; and make the settings as shown in the following figure.

d) That’s it. You are done with Pidgin settings. Now lets find out who has blocked you on Gtalk.

Step 3 : Sign in to Pidgin with your Google Talk account, Go to Buddies > Show Offline Buddies.

Step 4 : If someone has blocked you on Gtalk , then they appear offline just like other offline contacts who are really offline.

Step 5 : Select the contact from the list and then Right click, click on Get Info.

Step 6: Once you click on Get Info then it will show the some info about the profile of the person. But if the person has blocked you on Google Talk, you won’t be able to see his/her full profile. You can’t even see his/her profile name.

So if you get the profile info like the left side image means this person has not blocked you. But if you get the blank screen like the right side image, it means this contact has blocked you and doesn’t wish to talk to you.
